Most construction problems start at the handoff between architect and contractor. With Design+Build, there's no handoff — AED designs your project and manages its delivery under one agreement.

You have one call to make. We coordinate everything else: contractor selection, programme, cost control, and on-site oversight from foundation to final inspection. The building you receive matches the building we designed.

Once construction starts, the work has only just begun. AED manages every stage of your project on site — attending inspections, handling contractor communications, monitoring the programme, and certifying payments against work actually completed.

Available for projects designed by AED and projects designed by other architects. One agreement, one firm accountable for the outcome.
