With deep expertise in construction within the Cayman Islands, Alexi is highly adept at navigating the region’s unique building requirements, regulations, and environmental considerations. His extensive experience spans luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, ensuring a seamless and efficient project execution every time.

Throughout his career, Alexi has worked with some of the industry’s most respected firms, including Dart Realty and Heritage Holdings, where he played a pivotal role in managing complex projects valued at nearly $100 million. His leadership and strategic oversight have consistently ensured projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

A graduate of the New England Institute of Technology Alexi earned a BSc. in Architectural Engineering & Construction Management in 2010. His academic foundation, combined with extensive hands-on experience, makes him an expert in optimizing project timelines, cost efficiency, and design excellence.
