The project enquiry form asks for your name, contact details and a brief description of your project. AE Designs & Architecture uses this information to review and respond to your enquiry.
Aria is our AI project assistant. Chat messages are processed by Anthropic through our hosting provider, Netlify, to generate replies. Aria provides general information; project-specific advice and fees require studio review. Chat history stays in the current page memory and clears when you leave or start a new chat. When you submit a reviewed brief with contact consent, AED stores those enquiry details through Netlify and uses them to respond. Please request correction or deletion through the studio email below.
Forms are processed and stored through our hosting provider, Netlify. Please do not submit identification documents, payment details or other sensitive information here.
Email, WhatsApp, booking and social links open services with their own privacy practices. The motion setting is saved in your browser so your preference is remembered.

To understand which promotions lead to enquiries, we retain campaign labels, the first page visited and the referring website name in this browser tab’s session storage. These details and an enquiry reference are included when you send the form. This feature does not load a third-party advertising pixel. Closing the tab clears the session information.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
If you choose Allow measurement, Google Analytics measures page visits and confirmed enquiry submissions and shares conversion and visit data with our linked Google Ads account to measure advertising results. Advertising personalisation and remarketing are disabled. We do not send the name, email address, phone number or project brief from your form to Analytics. Page addresses omit arbitrary query strings; Google advertising click identifiers (gclid, gbraid and wbraid) may be retained to attribute consented visits and enquiries to ads. Permitted campaign labels help us compare promotions. A randomly generated enquiry reference lets us reconcile recorded submissions. A submission is not a confirmed sale or a qualified project.
Our Analytics cookies are configured for up to 90 days. Google measurement cookies can associate consented visits with advertising clicks. We remember your measurement choice for 90 days. You can change it using Measurement preferences in the footer. Declining stops our measurement collection; previously collected data is not automatically deleted. Browser tools can remove existing cookies. Enquiries still work when analytics is declined or blocked.
Facebook and Instagram enquiries
If you submit an AE Designs enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the contact details and project information you choose to share, together with the form and advertising source. We use this information to review your architectural enquiry, respond by email or by phone if supplied, and manage the resulting project discussion. A construction budget is optional and does not create a commitment or a quotation.
Authorised AE Designs personnel access enquiries through Meta business tools and may retain them in our business enquiry records. We do not sell your enquiry information or add you to unrelated marketing lists on the basis of this form. Meta also processes information under its own privacy policies.
