We are based in George Town, Grand Cayman. Our projects span luxury residential and multi-family development across the Cayman Islands. The climate, the planning process, the construction market — if you want to understand Caribbean practice inside out, this is the place to do it.
We use Revit as our primary production platform. BIM coordination, drawing quality, and documentation precision are not optional extras here — they are the standard. If that's what you care about, you'll fit in.
We are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the AED team in Grand Cayman. This is a full-time, on-site role. The right person has strong Revit skills, an eye for drawing quality, and the discipline to produce documentation that contractors can build from without calling for clarification.
